You Want to Succeed, But Something’s Holding You Back.

You’ve tried to make changes. You’ve set goals, read books, and even sought advice—but the same struggles keep coming back. The problem isn’t just your habits; it’s the way you think. Without the right mindset, real change is impossible.

We Provide a Proven Path to Breakthrough.

At Life Academy, we combine evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with personalized coaching to help you identify and overcome the root causes of your challenges. Unlike traditional mentoring, our approach ensures that you don’t just gain knowledge—you actually apply it and experience transformation.

Here’s How It Works:

Enroll in a CBT Course – Each client starts with a structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program designed to rewire negative thought patterns.

Therapy Meets Accountability – While licensed CBT providers guide you through the evidence-based curriculum, up to five dedicated coaches support you with mentoring, encouragement, and accountability.

Learn Online, Grow In-Person – The core lessons are delivered online, making it easy to fit into your life. But every two chapters, you’ll meet in person with your coaches for deeper discussions, support, and real-life application.

The Result? Real Transformation.

With expert CBT therapy and one-on-one coaching, you’ll finally break free from the thoughts and habits that hold you back. Whether you're a young person trying to find direction or an adult looking for a fresh start, Life Academy is the bridge between where you are and where you’re meant to be.

It’s time to stop struggling alone. Join Life Academy and start your journey to a successful, fulfilling life today.

Built to keep students in school, this flexible program helps youth understand and reframe their thoughts, emotions, and actions using proven CBT strategies. Whether you're looking to prevent future behavior issues or provide a meaningful alternative to suspension, this program meets students where they are—and helps guide them toward who they can become.
