"The difference between good players and great players isn't talent. It's the mental game."

What Your Coach Sees in You

You’re reading this because your coach sees potential in you that you might not even see in yourself yet. They see leadership. They see talent. But they also see the obstacles standing in your way. This isn't a penalty box—it's a launchpad.

Maybe you've been getting in your own way lately. Technical fouls. Arguing with refs. Wanting the ball more than you want the win. Maybe the locker room drama is draining your energy, or you feel like you're putting in work but not seeing the results.

Here’s the reality every athlete faces: You have the physical talent to dominate, but something mental is holding you back. The game is 90% mental, but most players spend 100% of their time on physical skills.

The external problem is obvious—losing games you should win, getting benched, or dealing with team conflict. But the internal problem is heavier: the frustration of knowing you could be so much more, but not knowing how to unlock it.

We Get It. We’ve Been There.

Here’s the truth: Championship teams aren’t just talented—they are mentally tough. The best players in the world master their minds long before they master the court.

Team Camp was built by coaches who have been where you are. We understand the pressure. We know the temptation to play for highlights instead of wins. We’ve seen what separates average teams that crumble under pressure from championship teams that thrive in it. We have a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

"Do you want to LOOK good or BE good?"

The Opportunity: Your Competitive Edge:

This is your chance to level up your mental game while others are still just running drills. Team Camp gives you the tools to become the player every coach wants and every opponent fears.

1. Master Your Emotions: Learn to stay in control when refs make bad calls, opponents talk trash, or the game gets physical. Control yourself, or your opponent will control you.

2. Become Unselfish: Discover how an "assist mentality" actually makes you a better player and gets you more playing time. Greatness is measured by what you give.

3. Build Real Brotherhood: Create the kind of bonds with teammates that make your team unstoppable. We rise together or fall apart.

4. Develop Mental Toughness: Learn the "next-play" mentality that separates clutch players from chokers. Champions are built in adversity.

5. Earn Respect: Gain respect from coaches, teammates, and opponents through your actions, not your words. Confidence is quiet; insecurity is loud.

6. Leadership Without a Title: Learn how to lead your team even if you’re not a captain. You don’t need a title to be a leader.

The Plan: How Team Camp Works:

Team Camp is delivered through online video courses that you complete at your own pace. Here’s how it works:

  • Choose Your Course: Your coach will recommend which of the 9 courses you need based on areas for growth (Discipline, Selfishness, Unity, etc.).

  • Pay & Start: Enroll in the course and get instant access to all video lessons.

  • Watch & Learn: Each course has multiple video lessons (7 minutes max per video) that break down the mental game strategies.

  • Answer Questions: After each video, you’ll answer reflection questions that challenge you to apply what you learned.

  • Complete & Certify: Once you finish all lessons in your course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion.

  • Share with Coach: Print or email your certificate to the coach who recommended the course—proof that you put in the work.

No lectures. No fluff. Just 7-minute videos that cut straight to what matters. You can watch on your phone, tablet, or computer—anywhere, anytime. The work gets done on your schedule, but the growth is real.
